Five for Friday

http://doodlebugsteaching.blogspot.com/2015/07/five-for-friday-linky-party-july-3rd.html

Five for Friday is a Weekly Linky Party hosted by Kacey at Doodle Bugs Teaching!  It's so fun to see a quick snapshot of everyone's week!  The last week of June was super busy for me, I'm sharing some photos from my last days of school and some of my summer plans...
These minions freezer pops were so perfect to make for end of the year gifts for my son and daughter's classes.  A box of forty was only $2.00, so I made treats for both classes for only four bucks!
On the first day of summer vacation, my daughter sat down to finish her math workbook from second grade {#teacherskid}.  I, on the other hand, haven't even taken my bags from school out of the car yet!
I LOVE this watermelon, he's so cute!  Working on a few summer crafts this week.
I feel bad for my three year old, his birthday will always fall on or around the last day of school! It's a crazy day for two parents that are also teachers.  I did manage to make these lego cupcakes to celebrate.  I used a silicone mold and white chocolate to make the legos, they turned out great!
Now that school's out, I'm getting geared up for some painting projects!  We've already cleared out one room, now I just need to finalize a color.  I'm thinking a "greige" with some really bright accents (this is from the Sherwin Williams HGTV collection at Lowes).  Hopefully I'll have a painted room by next Friday!

Head over to Doodle Bugs to check out some more "Five for Friday" posts!
